Design Notes
This is a bistable switch designed for the "guard" bacteria in our project. In the presence of AIP, the expression of mcherry-ompt will be activated. And it will be secreted outside the cell, stimulate the expression of ccdB and kill the "cheater" bacteria.In the absence of AIP, the bistable switch enables the "guard" bacteria to work like ordinary bacteria to produce the target protein.
