Among them,S105 plays the function of perforin,S107 also participates in the formation of transmembrane pores when triggering lysis,but before triggering lysis,it has the function of antagonizing S105 to prevent the premature formation of transmembrane pores,so S107 is called anti-perforin. The interaction between S105 and S107 is inseparable,collectively referred to as S protein.
