Usage and Biology

Xenopus Globin 3' - UTR is the untranslated region identified at the 3' end of a sequence for optimal expression of the sequence which can be a protein sequence or an mRNA encoding sequence.

In project CODE M, this part is used for efficient transcription of the synthetic CODE M sgRNAs.
