HBD3 in yeast regulated by MET17p
This part aims to secrete HBD3(human β-defensin-2) with yeast. In the part, we used MET17promoter because the previous study shows that using MET17 promoter improves secretion of HBD2(Møller et al. 2017). By connecting the secretion signal peptide to HBD3, yeast secrete HBD3 when MET17 promoter is activated.
