Reporter for quorum sensing systems in yeast

We created this part　with reference to BBa_K1024002in order to signal when Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists. The part is composed of pTEF, Flag, VP16, NLS, LasR, ADH1 terminator, pLasR, Cyc100mini, mCherry and CYC1terminator. We improved BBa_K1024002 by adding ADH1 terminator and CYC1terminator. The LuxR gene is constitutively expressed. On the other hand, activation of pLux occurs only when sufficient amounts of AHL exist in the environment. When pLux was activated, mCherry is expressed and lets us know the existence of AHL.
