Design Notes
sfGFP and mRFP1 are functioned as reporter here. Target gene should be inserted between CDS of reporter gene and the terminator. The efficiency of RBS followed by repressor genes are crucial to realize the bistable statement of toggle switch circuit. Trying to insert gene or other sequence between promoter and RBS is Not Recommanded.
