Stuffer PDGB A2
Usage and Biology
This translational unit is consisted of and alpha 2 vector with a stuffer. Stuffer is a part of DNA that is coding for nothing. It is used in order to swap inserts from alpha 2 or alpha2R vectors into omega vectors. This serves the GB cloning procedure
Design Notes
The coding sequence was domesticated . We removed BsmBI ,BsaI , BtgZI, BpiI sites in order to be compatible with GoldenBraid and MoClo. The sequence is cloned in alpha 2 vector BBa_K3505009 and has overhangs compatible for GoldenBraid cloning.
