BS ara operon&GFP

This part comes from the arabinose operon of the Bacillus subtilis 168 genome and is replaced with GFP in the position of the structural gene araE. It contains the regulatory protein araR and its promoter and terminator as well as the promoter and terminator of araE and the reporter gene sfGFP green fluorescent protein gene.We use this part to measure the efficiency of suicide switch.
