The expression of AIP

This is a part that can produce AIP constitutively.


Usage and Biology

The agrD gene encodes the signaling propeptide, and the agrB gene encodes the peptidase used to process the signaling propeptide. We use these two parts together to produce AIP constitutively.
Characterization To verify the construction of agrBD, the digestion and agarose gel electrophoresis were performed by a standard protocol (Fig. 1).
