J23100-CAHS 106094-AAV
this biological part is the expression sequence of Cytosolic-abundant heat soluble protein (CAHS) 106094 with an AAV tag. AAV tag promotes the degradation of CAHS 106094.

Design
This part is the alomost the same as J23100-Olac-RBS-CAHS 106094 (BBa_K3457046) with an AAV tag at the end of the CDS of CAHS 106094.
Documentation:
Results:
The method to induce the expression of CAHS 106094 was the same as that in BBa_K3457046. Via SDS-PAGE, we observed the band of CAHS 106094 was obvious, but CAHS 106094-AAV was difficult to perceive (Fig.1). The result implied that AAV tag may promote the degradation of CAHS 106094.
