This part catalyzes the interconversion of alpha-D-glucose 1-phosphate and D-glucose 6-phosphate. This part comes from the genome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We optimized the sequence with the codon preferred by Bacillus subtilis. In this way, it can be more efficiently expressed in Bacillus subtilis.
