E.coli pgmA
This part catalyzes the interconversion of alpha-D-glucose 1-phosphate and D-glucose 6-phosphate.
This part comes from the genome of E.coli. We optimized the sequence with the codon preferred by Bacillus subtilis. In this way, it can be more efficiently expressed in Bacillus subtilis.

Characterization
We cloned and confirmed the target fragment by PCR. The length of our fragment is 1770bp. The following results showed the successful result.
