BBa_K3696019--BBa_K3696113, BBa_K3696002, BBa_K3696003 are used in 8-17 DNAzyme mutation testings, the protocol is shown below:
The system is put into the enzyme marker and reacted for 60 minutes at 37℃.
From the detected fluorescence, we determine that 8-17 DNAzyme mut 10 has higher activity and same detection limit as the original 8-17 DNAzyme.
