The coding gene of ACE2-PmrB recombinant protein.

This is the coding gene of egfp fusing AAV protein degradation tag. To reduce the sensor basal background, we use protease-based post-transcriptional degradation regulation. By adding a protein degradation tag (AAV) to the reporter protein EGFP, the output basal expression was reduced, also the sensor’s output level.
