Transfection vector (similar to pSB1AK8)

Transfectionvector with CMV promoter and CFP as reporter. This vector is originally BioBrick vector pSB1AK3 with eukaryotic terminator added. pSB1AK3 is a high copy number plasmid carrying ampicillin and kanamycin resistance. The replication origin is a pUC19-derived pMB1 (copy number of 100-300 per cell).
