A guide RNA of CRISPR-Cas12a system which can bind to target DNA and Cas12a nuclease.

BBa_K3696008, BBa_K3696010--BBa_K3696014 are used in Cas12a testings, the protocol is shown below:

From the detected fluorescence, we determine that: ssDNA-15nt has the highest efficiency, and its limit for detection is 5 nM.
