BBa_K3696008, BBa_K3696010--BBa_K3696014 are used in Cas12a testings, the protocol is shown below:
The system is put into the enzyme marker and reacted for 60 minutes at 37℃.
From the detected fluorescence, we determine that: ssDNA-15nt has the highest efficiency, and its limit for detection is 5 nM.
The combination test of S9 and Cas12a system is successful.
