This is the antibody of target protein with specific restriction sites that could be recognized by AlwI.
Usage and Biology
This part was designed by us to add antibody conveniently. Two restriction sites of AlwI were added to the 5’ and 3’ end of GFPnano, through which, the binding protein of any target gene can be inserted using Golden-Gate Assembly, with no worry about the multiple illegal sites contained in it.
