Trigger RNA(of toehold)
It is the part of toehold switch which functions as the key to relieve switch RNA and activate downstream circuit.
We modifed our trigger RNA with some bps in the 5’ terminal to increase its stability.
In our project we would use the trigger RNA to release mazF when switch-mazF is expressed in wormcast. So our engineered bacteria could commit suicide.
