Design Notes

Encoding a β-glucosidase derived from Thermotoga maritima. Its heat resistance has been greatly improved, and the optimum temperature is 90°C.The N-terminus is marked with GST to increase its solubility and reduce the formation of inclusion bodies.The entire sequence has been optimized by E.coli codons
