Histidine kinase receptor with leader peptide
Description
comD, as the sensory regulatory membrane protein in the two-component regulatory system of Streptococcus mutans, is very important in the function of transmitting signals. So in order to adapt comD to E. coli, we added a leader peptide before comD to help the expressed membrane protein comD attach to the cell membrane.
