Usage

When YPRCdelta15 upstream put to 5' of the biobrick together with YPRCdelta15 downstream to the 3', the biobrick can be integrated into the S. cerevisiae's genome. Experiments

Team iGEM Toulouse 2020 did not have sufficient time to complete the cloning and hence, to test this part functionality.
