Sp, signal peptide for Chlamydomonas reinhardtti
It is an N-terminal signal peptide and destined the protein to be either secreted, extracellular or periplasmic. They can be used for exogenous expression of proteins.
1. Usage
This part is the signal peptide of Channel rhodopsin 2(ChR2), which will locate the fusion protein to eyespot.2. Biology
