Design Notes
The results of overexpression of a single gene against phage are not satisfactory. It is supposed that it requires multiple genes to interact with each other in order to function properly, which may be our future work.
Source
We have screened the mutant strains and performed the genome analysis of the mutant strains we obtained, after that, we found the mutant protein gntR which is associated with the phage resistance.
