Input Gate Auxiliary Strand - DTG

This auxiliary single strand of DNA initiates the strand displacement cascade of reactions in the Input Gate Part:BBa_K330400 by binding to the exposed toehold TG and subsequently freeing toehold TD for downstream reactions. Completion of this primary Strand Displacement reaction leads to activation of the circuit.
