Description

  • The in silico sequence was obtained from the Duong et al (2010) where they tested this Rho-independent terminator and the K2978212 terminator.
  • This terminator determined with a dyad symmetry analysis and then was selectioned according the lowest values of Gibbs Free energy, this in specific had D°G=-23.5 kcal mol-1 which represents to be an optimal low entrophic value for terminators (Duong et al 2010).
  • The authors of this paper suggests that this specific terminator had the capability to be used as a bidirectional terminator.
  • The composite part of this sequence is present in K2978203
