Description
Terminator for Lactobacillus spp
- The in silico sequence was obtained from the Duong et al (2010) where they tested this Rho-independent terminator and the K2978211 terminator.
- This terminator was modified by adding an adenine in the position 26 of the terminator, because it could not be synthesized by its cluster of the same nucleic acids.
- The composite part of this sequence is present in K2978204
