Terminator 667 Measurement in Lactobacillus spp
This part is a sample for the efficiency terminators assay, where we tested three different sequences for Lactobacillus spp K2978201 K2978202 K2978203 K2978204 and K2978205.
The composite part is based in constitutively express a GFP before of each terminator tested, and a RFP in a polycistronic way after the terminator. By comparing the fluorescence of each protein, the efficiency of the terminator could be determined.
