Usage and Biology
Identify Hill coefficient by IPTG induction
Plac is known to be induced by IPTG. Using iGEM2007 Tokyo_Tech assay protocol, we identified hill coefficient of Plac_GFP in BBa_I739003 in
E. Coli strain JM109.
The hill coefficient is 2.15.
