T7 Promotor + lac Operator + RBS

This part contains a pT7 promotor in combination with a lac operator and a ribosomal binding site. The part can be used for the expression of a downstream following gene of interest. Expression can be induced by addition of isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranosid (IPTG).
