Pc-Xyls

This composite part is designed as a genetic circuit that is used as a control group of our later experiment.

In our study, we aimed to produce a system in which the coding sequence in the middle of the bistable system can be completely concealed. That is, there is no leakage during the normal phase of the functioning genetic circuit. Therefore, this composite part that encodes the Pc-Xyls is used as a reference of what the bacterial colony should be like is there is completely no leakage.
