RiboJ-B0034-sfgfp

This is a superfold-GFP translational unit. The RiboJ can insulate the interference by different 5'-UTR sequence. As a result, the sfGFP expression amount can be used for calibrating the transcriptional activity of its upstream sequence without considering the different translational rate caused by the upstream RNA sequence.

Usage

This part can be used for quantitative testing the characteristics of transcriptional regulation device.
The Ptac-sfGFP is a good example for such testing.
