L1c-Psad-PtxD-Rbcs2

This vector is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection. Level 1 backbone carrying the gene for the Phosphite oxidoreductase (PtxD) which allows C.reinhardtii to grow on phosphite. The trancriptional unit starts with the PsaD promoter and Ends with the Rbcs2 terminator. The construct contains a B2-B2 linker which connects the PsaD promoter to PtxD.
