Human IgE CH3 Domain
CH3 Domain of the Human IgE antibody. Codons optimised for Escherichia coli.
5' NcoI and 3' BamHI cut sites.
Usage and Biology
The Human IgE CH3 Domain expresses well at 25°C in SoluBL21 cells in a pEHISTEV vector, with 0.2 mM IPTG induction overnight, but the expressed protein is mostly insoluble based on small-scale expression tests.
Figure 1. Human IgE wild-type expression, showing clear bands corresponding to insoluble recombinant protein for the induced fraction. Soluble recombinant protein expression is not visible on this gel.
