SP20 B5-B5 - Glycomodule for enhancement of secretion in C. reinhardtii
This part is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection. It has previously been shown that the fusion of a glycomodule at the C-terminal end of a protein enhances the secretion up to 12-fold and also increases the proteolytic protein stability (Ramos-Martinez et al., 2017). A tandem serine and proline of 20 repeats (SP20) module was therefore created.
This part was designed to be used with the MoClo standard and has B5-B5 overhangs.
