HhaI-methylase-CBD 6-His-Tag TEV site
HhaI is a methylase which is part of an enzymes groupes in part of transferase familly, and tranfert a donor methyl groupe into a an acceptor. This enzyme in our project can allows the binding of the " Rpob and KatG genes " meaning a TB gene into the cellulose membrane.
