Applications of BBa_K3139001
For characterizing other parts, we synthesized the RBS measurement device J23100 B0032 RFP (BBa_K528004). Firstly, we planned to improve the secretion of HlyA secretion system by inserting this part between the promoter and RBS. Unfortunately, the secretion system failed to come into effect, so we attempt to insert this sequence into BBa_K528004.
By measuring the florescent intensity of both bacterial liquids with this part inserted or not, we found that BBa_K528004 with the part inserted got the florescent intensity of almost 2-fold.
