sgRNA expression cassette (double target)

Double expression cassette of the sgRNA for Cas9 of Streptococcus pyogenes with non-targeting (NT) spacer.

For both sgRNAs an rho-independent terminator is used. One sgRNA is under control of the strong constitutive Anderson promoter J23109, the other under the also constitutive Tac promoter.
