Design Notes
We mutated a Cysteine into Thymine and a Guanine into Adenine at the 471bp and 476bp position (C471T & G476A), respectively, because of the PstI enzyme.
We also mutated a Adenine into Guanine and a Cysteine into Thymine at the 2842bp and 2845bp position (A2842G & C2845T), respectively, because of the EcoRI enzyme.
