Design Notes
Sequence was optimised for E. coli expression. Two illegal PstI sites removed from 44-Q and 95-Q (CAG to CAA). 15aa targeting peptide was chosen based on work by Cassidy-Amstutz et al, 2016.
Source
MiniSOG was derived from Arabidopsis thaliana. T. maritima targeting peptide taken from Cassidy-Amstutz et al, 2016.
