Applications of BBa_K2923009
In order to applicate MS2-MS2-Aptazyme-PP7-PP7 to LexA repressor system, we would like to fuse LexA with wild type DNA binding domain to the PP7 coat protein and LexA with the mutated version of DNA binding domain to the MS2 coat protein.
