DiphTox + RFP

This design is an improvement of the previous DiphTox (DT) (BBa_K2607000). We changed the Ribosomal Binding Site and added Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) sequence following the DT protein. The addition of RFP may ease and improve post-transformation bacterial selection process in addition to antibiotic selection to prevent selecting bacteria that contains re-ligated plasmid.
