SPYCatcher -> BaCBM2

BaCBM2 is a Carbonhydrate-binding Module family 2(CBM2) derived from Bacillus anthracis[1].

CBMs are protein domains mainly found in carbohydrate-active enzymes.

In this part, we express BaCBM2 gene downstream of Spy Catcher gene(りんく).

Using this part with any protein linked with Spy Tag, you can anchor this part to your objective protein.

We insert this part in pET-11a plasmid between BamHI
