Negative control sequence for crRNA 4 target

We have made a change on 5 nucleotides of crRNA 4 from 5’ end to make the mutated crRNA 4. It is the sequence for testing whether our purified Cas12a protein functions properly. We used it for a negative control of our project. Therefore, the sequence of mutated crRNA 4 is too short to be the functional protein. Thus, there is no risk for the spread out of ASFV from our project.
