As an indispensable component of recombinant fusion proteins, linkers have shown increasing importance in the construction of stable, bioactive fusion proteins. Gly-Ser-Ser linker is one of the most widely used flexible linker that can sustain the bioactivity of fusion protein. In 2019 CPU_CHINA project, we use Gly-Ser-Ser linker to conjunct Lamp2 and PD-L1 targeting peptide.
