_NOTOC__ Negative control sequence for crRNA 3 target
We changed 5 nucleotides of crRNA 1 from 5’ end to make the mutated crRNA 3. It is the sequence for testing whether homemade Cas12a protein functions properly. We used it for a negative control of our project. Therefore, the sequence of mutated crRNA 3 is too short to become the functional protein. There is no concentration for spread out ASFV of our project.
