Usage and Biology
HA-tag has long been used as the epitopic tag when it is hard to test whether a target gene has expressed or not. The HA-tag we use in our system has the length of 27 bps. By testing HA-tag with its antibody, we successfully validated the expression of trim21 which has hardly no epitopic sign to test. It is a really useful tool.
