Tenascin Fibronectin Domains (I-V)

This is a quaternary protein with the five domains that composed the complete tenascin protein. It has been optimized for Escherichia coli DH5a (DE3) and cloned in a pSB1C3 plasmid. It is also a protein mainly composed by beta-pleated sheets and several Random Coils, giving to the domains mobility. (Figure 1)
