Design Notes

We added the constitutive TEF1 promoter and TEF1 terminator to the Part:BBa_E2060 to make the cassette which can express mCherry continously.

The gene mCherry derives from Part:BBa_E2060. The PGK1 promoter and PGK1 terminator are from saccharomyces cerevisiae.
