The Cardiff iGEM team of 2018 made this composite part and showed that it worked normally in bacteria. This part is GoldenGate compatible and codon optimised for <i>Nicotiana benthamiana</i>. Figure 1 shows the results we obtained testing this part.

Applications of BBa_K2810011
