Archaeal ribosomal protein protein L7Ae owns the ability to bind with RNA with C/Dbox RNA structure. Through the isopeptide bonds formed between SpyTag and SpyCatcher, L7Ae can be anchored with OmpA, and then secreted into OMVs.
